Yes, you can mention your preferred courier partner while ordering. We’ll ship through it if service is available in your area.
Since all products are customised, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has started. Please double-check details before confirming.
In the rare case of damage or a mistake from our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We’ll assist you with a replacement.
